Founder, Legacy Analytics
Donald Fletcher is the visionary founder of Legacy Analytics as a firm offering the widest range of entrepreneur-oriented services in the national business-consulting marketplace.
A born leader and a revered veteran of professional consulting, Mr. Fletcher is an expert at attracting avid followers to his up-front style of helping business owners. With a lifetime of hands-on consulting experience, he is one of the country’s most capable, innovative and results-oriented business advisors.
He had retired from the profession in 2002. During the years that followed, however, he continued to watch and study it as an adjunct professor and a business school advisor at Aurora University in Illinois. (He still holds both positions.)
His careful scrutiny revealed a great lack of legitimate consulting services that could help businesses confront the unprecedented problems that emerged from the nation’s severe economic downturn.
Knowing his experience could make a current difference, Mr. Fletcher decided to re-enter the profession in 2010. He would re-invent change management consulting for today’s highly challenging business environment.
The result was Legacy Analytics. To build the firm, he assembled an elite group of seasoned business veterans who met strict education and certification standards. But above all, he required that all Legacy consultants have at least 20 years of managerial experience. He would not hire straight-from-school M.B.A. graduates.
Because of Mr. Fletcher’s vision, Legacy is now fully poised and equipped to usher clients from problems and challenges to smart solutions and, ultimately, greater value or profitability.
